Thank you for shopping with Inventive Creation. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
- South Africa: Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery after dispatch.
- International: Please allow 10–35 business days for delivery after dispatch, depending on your location and customs processing times.
Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. If more than 35 days have passed since your order was dispatched, please contact us at sales@inventiveclothing.com and we will investigate.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Refunds on Shipping Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
